Write for us
We welcome pitches that make talent development easier to understand: a precise question, a well-explained comparison or a grounded account of a learning choice. Send proposals through the Contact page; a pitch is not a promise of publication.
What we welcome
Propose an evergreen article about discovery, practice, feedback, collaboration or opportunity. Strong pieces make one clear point, explain why it matters and offer readers a useful way to think or act without requiring special credentials.
A good pitch
Tell us the working title, central idea, intended reader and what the piece would add. Note the shape of the article and any sources or expertise it would rely on. Avoid pitches that promise guaranteed outcomes or depend on unsupported claims.
Before submitting
Send your proposal through the Contact page using the editorial question option. Please include enough detail to assess the idea; do not send confidential information or assume that a submission will be accepted.
Talent is developed, not simply found
A strength can begin as an interest, a first attempt or a skill used in a new setting. Growth depends on the chances people get to practise and contribute.
